Our Policies

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Production time is 5–7 business days for standard orders.

Shipping times vary by location. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after production. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is available — please contact us for rates and estimated delivery times.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. J.E.L Custom Prints is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will reprint or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted artwork or text. Please review your proof carefully before approving production.

All custom orders require a digital proof approval before production begins. Orders will not be printed until the customer approves the proof via email.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement, before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Rush production (2–3 business days) is available for an additional fee. Contact us to request rush service before placing your order.

A 10% discount is available to active duty service members, veterans, and their immediate family members. Valid for all branches of the U.S. military.

Proof of service is required (DD-214, military ID, or VA card). The discount is limited to one per household and cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.

J.E.L Custom Prints collects only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Payment information is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
